The Moe Newborough Dodgers (A) fall 12-4 at the hands of the Traralgon Redsox (A)

The Traralgon Redsox beat the Moe Newborough Dodgers on Sunday 12-4 at Toners Lane.

The Traralgon Redsox scored three runs in the first on the Traralgon Redsox scored in the first on an RBI double by Tom Rynberk, an error, and an RBI single by Mark Seeber.

The Traralgon Redsox easily handled the Moe Newborough Dodgers pitching as six hitters combined for 16 hits, 10 RBIs and nine runs scored.

Luke Halket lasted two innings on the hill for the Moe Newborough Dodgers before being removed. Halket surrendered four hits and four runs.

The Traralgon Redsox put up two runs in each of the fourth, sixth and ninth. In the fourth, the Traralgon Redsox scored on a two-run single by Brad Adams, scoring John Kus and Rynberk.

Third-inning rally sparks win for the Traralgon Redsox (B), 9-1

The Traralgon Redsox beat Morwell Cougars (B) 9-1 in six innings on Sunday at Toners Lane after a six-run explosion in the third inning.

The Traralgon Redsox scored in the third on an RBI single by Brad Pratt, an error, an RBI single by Mark Seeber, an error, and a two-run single by Will Brooker.

 

Mick Adams had a hot bat for the Traralgon Redsox . Adams went 1-3 and scored three runs. He singled in the fifth inning.

 

 

Pratt had an impressive outing against Morwell Cougars 's lineup. Morwell Cougars managed just three hits off of Pratt, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his four innings of work.

 

 

Morwell Cougars 's Anthony Mayberry was perfect at the dish, going 2-2. He singled in the second and fourth innings.
