On August the 9th the Traralgon Redsox held their 50th yr Anniversary Dinner.

What a successfull night. With over 110 past players and family members the Redsox family celebrated 50 years within the LVBA. Past Premiership players and Life Members - Lloyd Lewis, Ross Brooker, Peter McLean, Pete and Val Hornstra and John Kus all spoke about their time with the club as other members took part in celebrating and sharing stories of their playing days.

I'm another title

The honour board was reviled and the great work from John & Kelli Kus along with hours of sifting through past history from Robert Downie. These members had spent hours upon hours collecting data to gather the names and dates of the Traralgon Redsox history.

Peter read John Stuckey's (no relation) speech. John was the first Premiership Playing Captain in 1964. He played for the Redsox and the Cardinals and went on to play for Australia against the Japanese when they came to Melbourne for an exhibition game.
